Refund Policy

AlgoBreeder subscriptions are billed yearly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime in the Customer Portal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless we state otherwise.

Cooling-off

If you purchased by mistake and have not meaningfully used cloud compute (no paid Lab trains / MCP usage), contact support@algobreeder.com within 14 days of purchase and we will review a refund.

After substantial use

Once compute tokens have been consumed or Researcher+ features have been used on hosted workers, fees are generally non-refundable for that billing period. Chargebacks for services already delivered may result in account suspension.

How to cancel

Sign in → Billing → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal), or email support with the account email used at checkout.
