Terms of Service

By using AlgoBreeder (websites, Lab, licence portal, and hosted MCP) you agree to these terms. The software is provided for research and educational strategy workflows. It is not a broker, investment advisor, exchange, or money manager.

Accounts and plans

Free Community tooling is intended for local open-source use. The hosted cloud application (app.algobreeder.com), hosted research workers, and hosted MCP are available only to paid subscribers. Purchasing a plan does not grant live-trading execution or brokerage access.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse compute quotas, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or redistribute proprietary datasets beyond your licence, or use the service to violate market regulations.

Compute tokens

Paid cloud plans include a monthly allotment of compute tokens. Job cost scales with workload (trials, history depth, Monte Carlo, etc.). Unused tokens do not roll over unless we expressly state otherwise.

Open-source components

Community software is licensed under Apache License 2.0. Commercial entitlements (including Researcher+) are governed by your subscription and these terms.

Disclaimer

Results are hypothetical/simulated unless you connect your own broker outside this product. AlgoBreeder does not guarantee profits or fitness for any trading purpose. See the Risk Disclosure.
